The One Day Retreat has been conceived as an overall surrender to a deeper experience.

In the sacred space of the women’s circle, we look inward, to the heart centre and connect with soul guidance. Modalities such as dance meditation, drum journey, meditation and mandala art create energetic support.

Terms and Conditions

There are many expenses incurred and significant time allocated to organising retreats and workshops here at HWH. It is for these reasons that once a booking is made to attend any fees paid, are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend due to illness, emergency, Covid-19 or another reason HWH sees fit, we will instead work with you to find a more suitable date as we believe it is a of great benefit to you to attend one of our wonderful retreats or workshops.
